The other places double booked, so we ended here. The local guy running the place is super friendly and helpful. He also arranged a driver to El Roble for us.

The view from the restaurant is spectacular. The room was a bit worn out, and a dead bug on the floor could indicate that the cleaning was done several days ago. – via

A beautiful view and they also have ziplining available.

This review is mostly in regards to the management. The tour guides and the zip lines were amazing. However please make sure to negotiate and agree on final price before you making the trip up to this place. We were changed $71 initially for the ziline tour and then after they talked with our Driver decided to bump it up to $89 per person saying they made a mistake. I mean I get they have to share their profit with the tour guide for bringing customers there. But having to pay closer to extra $100 for 5 people is bit ridiculous. So just be careful and agree on the price before making the trek up that mountain. The 25 ziplines (yes 25!) do cross some waterfalls and has 2 decent rappelling over 2 waterfalls. However the lines are very short except for one. So I would prefer some other Ziplines with better management over this one next time especially given the fact this is totally out of the way of other attractions. – via
