Excellent service by Nicolas and Philippe! Professional treatment of customers, great snacks on boat, top notch dive equipment, free pickups from hotels, knowledgeable, competent and helpful guides showing you all sorts of critters underwater. They will also organize bespoke trips for you, customizing them to your needs. Thanks to Blue Vision we snorkeled with giant turtles and tried the best rum arrangé Madagascar has to offer (in that order… I think 😉 This is a place where customer is king and they definitely aim to please!
If you need a dive center in Andilana beach or for that matter anywhere in Nosy Be, seek no further. Blue Vision is your place. And remember, if you come at the right season when Philippe is there, at Blue Vision you can have a PADI Course Director (that is the highest level of diving you can achieve) as your diving guide! We leave this club with a bitter taste. The day before the dive we went to book a level 1 dive for 2 people because we wanted to do only one instead of two as is usually done on the island. They accepted so they necessarily found themselves financially otherwise they would have refused us and we would have understood.
On D-Day, the welcoming staff, we team up and we go into the water. Unfortunately, instead of going down to the site, we find ourselves doing half an hour in the sand, without corals, or fish with 2 ascents to the surface because the instructor was lost and could not find the site, nor his team. The third attempt we go down and we find the corals, Unfortunately few fish. The problem is that we stayed there barely 20 minutes because of the loss of time before and the lack of oxygen.
We didn’t even want a refund but just a commercial gesture which we were refused. We do not overwhelm the team but just the club which is not at all commercial. I think there are plenty of other clubs in Nosy Be that would have done it.

Too bad, we will not recommend it in the future.

Nous partons de ce club avec un goût amer. La veille de la plongée nous sommes passés réserver une plongée de niveau 1 pour 2 personnes car nous souhaitions en faire qu’une seule au lieu de deux comme il se fait habituellement sur l’île. Ils ont acceptés donc ils se sont forcément retrouvés au niveau financier sinon ils nous l’auraient refusés et on aurait compris.
Le jour J, le personnel accueillant, on s’équipe et on part à l’eau. Malheureusement, au lieu de descendre sur le site, on se retrouve à faire une demie heure dans le sable, sans coraux, ni poissons avec 2 remontées à la surface car le moniteur était perdu et ne trouvait pas le site, ni son équipe. La troisième tentative on redescend et on trouve les coraux, Malheureusement peu de poissons. Le problème c’est que nous y sommes restés a peine 20 min à cause de la perte de temps avant et le manque d’oxygène.
On ne souhaitait même pas un remboursement mais juste un geste commercial qui nous a été refusé. On accable pas l’équipe mais juste le club qui n’est pas du tout commerçant. Je pense qu’il y a plein d’autre club sur Nosy Be qui l’aurait fait.

Wonderful experience! Nicolas, the owner, as well as the rest of the crew are super nice and very comforting. Very experienced divers offering very new and safe equipment, which made us very comfortable since our diving skills were a bit rusty. We went to two diving spots nearby Andilana: whilst the sea life was okish, the coral landscape was breathtaking. Great time for sure and if you‘re looking for a great, safe diving experience – this is the place to go – via google

Literally the best diving center I ever had a chance to dive with! The owners (Philippe and Nicolas) are super sympathetic and they were really “for us” – they picked us up from our hotel and after diving dropped back in the hotel. The DMs Sam and Alan were really good as well and I felt really safe both while diving but also while on the board. We went to 5 different dive sites and everywhere the coral reef was beautiful. After diving they took us for snorkelling with turtles and it was really worth it because there were huge turtles up to 1,5 meter. I really enjoyed the time here. Philippe and Nicolas, I hope to dive with you again! – via google

Very rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff. Taking an 8 years child for a discover scuba diving is unprofessional. I’m a certified diver myself, testing diving places and PADI diving centres. I clearly said my son is 8 and they agreed and did DSD with him. I will make a report to @PADI. Second day we went for a snorkeling trip with whale sharks, mantas ect. Well,that’s what we have been promised. The reality was, we spent half a day on the boat, not that we didn’t see a single whale shark because the instructor and captain didn’t know where to go to see them, we didn’t snorkel at all..just got sunburnt and sea sick on the boat. I mentioned that there should be a half price because clearly the clients are not happy. And it’s a standard if there is no whale snorkeling that the company charges 50% of the price. The father of the owner came towards me, shouting at me that I must pay the full price , pointed at me and even pushed me. After I told him not to touch me again and to step back he eventually did but denied me to leave the property despite I had a child with me and I’m staying at the Lodge next door. The other lady was also refused to go home although she said she must breastfeed her baby. I then agreed to pay just to get out of there and came later with the manager of the lodge where I’m staying. I was denied transfer payment despite Kim said it’s not a problem the day before (no ATM closeby). Claiming I would leave and not pay like I haven’t paid in the hotel , assumption that is absolutely a lie since I’m here though an agency and my lodge has all the details. I don’t need to pay for any hotel, since I already paid to the agency . Please be careful with this base. They are not only putting people’s lives in danger but lying to the clients as well and if a client complains about their services, they turn violent. – via google
