Went to take them back and i was told they had to be sent off to be assessed and i should buy a new pair while i wait, could be upto 2 months the manager told me!! No thanks we will just shop somewhere else! – via google

Worst customer service, email them on a Thursday and ask if they can service my regulators. Receive reply that I can drop them at their shop but the servicing isn’t done in the shop. All good.

I go there on Sunday morning and I an informed they don’t do serving anymore and that I need to go directly to the repair shop, which of course isn’t open on Sundays.

Would have been so easy to inform me of this in the email. 0 star customer service. – via google

I love the vide range of products they sell. 1 star for the bad customer service experience I had. I normally shop online and had no issues. But once I went to the store in person after a dive, the shop assistant literally saw me walking in with the wet suit on, after I got the products and went to pay he asks if I bought the wetsuit there, I told him that I was just directly coming from a dive. I told him if I he can check certain product & he blatantly replied they don’t have any in stock (without even checking). Unprofessional & rude service from sales assistant. – via google
