(Translated by Google) We booked the 1.5 hour jet ski/snorkeling tour. Picked up from the hotel, we were taken to the port where we received a short briefing on the jet skis. For us it was the first time on such a machine. Excited and optimistic we started. We drove out of the small bay straight onto the open sea. The waves immediately made the jet ski uncomfortable and the counter-lashing of the salt water made a clear view almost impossible. We realized relatively quickly that we just didn’t feel safe and decided to cancel the tour after almost 20 minutes.
Our guide fully understood this and escorted us safely back to the port. Once there, we politely asked if we still had to pay the full price (235€) for this short trip. We simply hoped that the operator would understand this situation. Mind you, we were on such a jet ski for the first time. Unfortunately, it was made clear to us relatively quickly on the phone that
a kind of “cashback” of a maximum of just under $64 can take place.
This offer was very difficult for us to accept because we only “experienced” 20 minutes of the tour.
It was mentioned several times by the “Big Boss”, at least that’s how he played it to us, that this is the only thing we could assume, otherwise he could say he keeps all the money. Well, we figured, if that’s the case, we’ll have to give an appropriate comment as feedback to prepare other tourists for what happened to us. At the end there was only the offer with $64 if WATCH OUT!!! : We sign a document that is a waiver of negative comment on the Internet. In other words, we should under no circumstances present this negative experience on the Internet.
In the same breath we were made clear with a pointer to the tour guide, who would then also be kicked out. That was the cherry on the cake. We just wanted to get into the hotel and away from this inhuman “boss”.
It must be said that our tour guide tried the best to make us feel comfortable from start to finish.
Conclusion : learning by doing !!
This was an experience for us and we would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wir haben die 1,5 h Jetski / Snorkeling Tour gebucht . Abgeholt vom Hotel , wurden wir zum Hafen gebracht wo wir eine kurze Einweisung bekamen bezüglich der Jetskis . Für uns war es das erste Mal auf so einer Maschine. Aufgeregt und optimistisch ging es dann auch schon los. Wir fuhren aus der kleinen Bucht direkt auf das offene Meer. Die Wellen sorgten direkt für ein Unwohlsein auf dem Jetski und das Entgegenpeitschen des Salzwassers machte eine klare Sicht schier unmöglich. Wir merkten relativ schnell, dass wir uns einfach nicht sicher fühlen und beschlossen die Tour abzubrechen nach knapp 20 Min.
Unser Guide hatte dafür vollstes Verständnis und geleitete uns noch sicher bis zum Hafen zurück. Dort angekommen fragten wir höflich, ob wir dennoch den vollen Preis bezahlen müssten (235€) für diesen kurzen Trip. Wir erhofften uns vom Betreiber schlichtweg Verständnis für diese Situation . Wohlgemerkt waren wir das erste Mal auf so einem Jetski unterwegs. Leider wurde uns am Telefon relativ schnell klargemacht, dass
eine Art „Cashback“ maximal von knapp 64$ stattfinden kann.
Dieses Angebot war für uns sehr schwer zu akzeptieren , da wir nur 20 Min. der Tour „erlebt“ haben .
Es wurde seitens des „Big Boss“ , so spielte er sich zumindest vor uns auf, mehrmals erwähnt, dass dies das Einzige ist was wir annehmen könnten, da er sonst sagen könnte, er behält das Geld komplett. Nun gut dachten wir uns, wenn dem so sei werden wir ein entsprechenden Kommentar als Feedback geben müssen, um andere Touristen darauf vorzubereiten , was uns widerfahren ist. Zum Schluss hin bestand auch nur noch das Angebot mit den 64$ wenn AUFGEPASST !!! : Wir ein Dokument unterschreiben, dass ein Verzicht auf ein negativen Kommentar im Internet darstellt. Sprich wir sollten unterschreiben diese negativ Erfahrung auf keinen Fall im Internet darzustellen.
Im gleichen Atemzug wurde uns doch mit einem Fingerzeig auf den Tourguide klargemacht , dieser dann auch rausfliegen würde. Das war die Kirsche auf der Torte . Wir wollten einfach nur noch ins Hotel und weg von diesem unmenschlichen „Boss“.
Es sei gesagt, dass unser Tourguide das Besten versucht hat uns von Anfang bis Ende wohl fühlen zu lassen.
Fazit : learning by doing !!
Dies war uns eine Erfahrung und wir würden dieses Unternehmen auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. – via
