I’ve done skydiving many times. These guys don’t know what they are doin, they’re not professionals. It’s not about money or anything…it’s about safty…I thought I lost my legs when we landed. Took me 2 months to get back on my feet after doing physio sessions .so helpless and irresponsible…just think twice and know ur risk when skydiving with them – via

Worst place ever! I called and booked my appointment at 11:30 and I drove from Canberra which is 1 hour drive. I got there the place was closed and I kept calling there number but no answer and I left several voicemails. I waited until 12 and I didn’t get any response. If I can give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever I dont recommended at all!!! – via

Would have to be the worst customer service ever. Rude, aggressive & dismissive of any concerns. Cancel bookings and provide no backup options. Force you to chase them. They take the money, then cancel. Lyn sends abusive emails, and when you ask to talk to someone else she says you can’t. I bought this for my partners 40th and now am out of pocket with no further options available. I wish I could have nominated ZERO stars. I have been forced to refer to fair trading for dishonest practices, as they refuse to provide the service paid for or refund. – via

I recently bought tickets to go skydiving took time off work and paid for the train down to goldburn. i was informed the day before that it was canceled due to weather conditions wich is fine as i do not want to risk my life for this.
however Adrenalin skydiving does not do refunds and i do not want to take time off to go. – via
