Lejos la peor de mis 5 salidas de buceo. Nos vendieron “el caribe brasileño” sabiendo que el agua iba a estar oscura y no se iba a ver mucho. Podrían haber avisado al menos, como para posponer para otro día o no contratar fotos sin sentido. Estaba tan oscuro que las fotos oficiales con flash, aparte de borrosas (posiblemente editadas para aclararlas) siguen oscuras. Cuando venden el tour, son expertos para con quienes el mar no tiene secretos, pero cuando le reclamé al dueño por no habernos avisado de las malas condiciones, ahí dijo no poder predecir nada (ni preguntar a ninguno de los 100 barcos turísticos que recorren toda la zona todo el tiempo), ni siquiera imaginarse que existe el riesgo de que sea un mal día para bucear (cosa que los empleados ya sabían y que hasta yo me di cuenta cuando llegamos al punto de buceo).
Aviso otro tema: desde la 1ra vez que buceé (sin experiencia) siempre tuve un instructor cerca pero tuve libertad para moverme por mi cuenta por donde quisiera. Acá no. Por más que sea la 5ta vez que buceás, y antes siempre con libertad, acá te agarran de atras del cuello y te arrastran para donde ellos quieren y no te quieren soltar. Siempre disfruté el buceo (y aprendí cada vez más) pero acá en Arraial (con Queiroz Diver al menos), fue molesto, incómodo y hasta estresante.
El agua muy fría. Equipos viejos y trajes de neoprene nuevos.
Nota importante: el instructor mostró cómo ponerse el respirador en la boca y 5 minutos después -sin siquiera limpiarlo con agua- pretendió darme ese equipo a mi. Lo rechacé, pero qué garantía tenemos de que haya lavado el respirador de los otros equipos después de su último uso? De hecho no vi que los limpiaran después de usarlos nosotros. posto molto bello dove passare la giornata, top per la pulizia,scivoli divertenti e le 3 stelle sono per questo,ne avrei date anche 5 ma da quando hanno messo il divieto di introdurre cibo, non frequento più il parco,non sono d accordo su questa scelta: per una famiglia con bambini diventa un costo eccessivo,oltre all ingresso dover pagare anche obbligatoriamente il cibo e consumare cibo imposto da loro.
consiglio ai responsabili di fare anche maggiori controlli negli spogliatoi, ce gente menefreghista e maleducata che lascia l acqua aperta e utilizza impropriamente il phon( ragazzini si asciugavano il costume),queste persone meriterebbero di pagare a gettone i servizi,che al contrario in questa struttura sono offerti gratuitamente. – via

One word, awful. I should have known better from the start. The first red flag was the communication process. The person that runs that WhatsApp number is clueless on how to answer simple questions, not to mention what goes on with their business. We showed up on time, 9 AM. Let them know to keep good communication and the person mentioned Dalila would be there shortly. After 20 min, I told the person that once 9:30 hit I was out. Then he/she proceeded to tell me Dalila was there and to send a photo. Photo sent and all they did was apologize.
I’ve also read a few other reviews where they don’t fully fill the tanks and take advantage of new clients. I’m an experienced world diver and have been in more than 70 dives. For something like Scuba, you should never to with a company that don’t take their business seriously. It’s clearly poorly managed.
Why would you risk an injury or even your life in the hands of these irresponsible people?

Equipe nota 10, super atenciosos e educados.
Pontos que vale melhorar: não fazer o aluno subir no barco com o cilindro , porque é muito pesado , isso força a coluna e ele pode se machucar. Organizar melhor na hora do mergulho, muitas pessoas no barco, até conseguir todo mundo mergulhar, demorou bastante, o tempo de espera acabou desejando demais.. e tirar as fotos embaixo d’água, o fotógrafo tentou tirar fotos com todos que estavam mergulhando ao mesmo tempo, não conseguindo fazer fotos boas , sendo que ele tem uma câmera top e o que chama atenção do cliente , além da experiência em mergulhar, é poder fazer uma foto bem legal , então, é algo que com a organização , da para melhorar.
