Me and my wife did the OW Diving and the EA Nitrox courses here, we had a fabulous time! Our instructor Cosmin helped us a lot with our first-time dives, was very energetic and had patience and made this be an awesome experience for us! (also did a great effort explaining everything in English, as only one of us spoke Romanian)
