3.0/ 5

(Translated by Google) We did the dive at Seymour and Mosquera and I have to say we had a great day, the equipment was ok, instructor/dive master too.
Very nice initial briefing.
The boat was comfortable, a particularly positive note is for the boy who helps on the boat, he was fundamental in organizing the ups and downs in the sea, and his guacamole sauce was amazing!
We received the photos as promised, I advise you to bring a USB stick because they can’t pass them to you in any other way since the connection on the island is not the best.
However there is a negative note, we had booked and paid for another dive for the next day, at Gordon Rock which is the most popular destination for divers, and it was canceled at 19:00 in the evening the day before. Unfortunately those who go to the Galapagos have cash days and cannot reschedule a dive that takes place on certain days.
When we passed by the office they didn’t even apologize, we weren’t happy about that.
So I advise you to be sure that you leave!

Briefing iniziale molto simpatico.
– via google

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, it was a horrible day for me…
During the test dive, a fellow diver’s regulator was defective and let a lot of water through.
Something was wrong with my equipment on the first dive, so an experienced diver brought it to the attention of the divemaster. I was signaled that everything was fine and that something had to be exchanged during the diving break. After about 30 minutes of diving, I had to surface because I only had a third of the air left. Upstairs it was claimed that I was breathing so much, which was never a problem for me.
On the second dive, my regulator first let a little water through and then more and more water. Unfortunately I realized too late how bad the situation is and didn’t think about my replacement anymore and told the divemaster that something was wrong with my air. He didn’t understand anything and showed me a turtle in the water. Finally I panicked because my mouth was full of water. Then he finally gave me his spare air, which I could hardly handle with rising panic and water in my mouth, so I had to climb up as quickly as possible and fortunately reached the top just before I lost consciousness. Of course we had to wait in the waves for the boat, we weren’t expected yet. The divemaster then suggested we go back down which was completely out of the question for me and he obviously still misjudged the situation completely. So he swam with me to the boat and dived back down to the others.
Of course, when the rest surfaced and they got back on the boat, my fellow divers asked what was going on. The three experienced divers had been diving with the same crew the day before and one also had a defective regulator.
Later in the dive center we had another conversation, it turned out that my device was not even checked back in the base. The two divemasters accused me of lying and that the device wasn’t broken. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have sought the conversation as it only revealed contradictory statements and strange allegations.
For me, three defective regulators in two days is a sign of a lack of maintenance and control.
I am completely shocked at the way I was treated here and the apparent lack of emphasis on safety which is so important in diving.
I definitely do not recommend this dive center.

– via google

Bad agency. Bad guides who pushed the divers (with license) …

1.0/ 5

Bad agency. Bad guides who pushed the divers (with license) down to descend quicker, and the worst, one diver (with license) had zero air in his tank a few meters before diving up to the surface, that’s a NoGo, the guide instead has to check the diver’s air and take him up earlier. They said pictures are included, but the guide didn’t take a single one. Guides were not friendly and didn’t want ti answer questions, although for me, it was a discovery dive. – via google

Big mantas spotting, friendly and good on time delivery to the harbor with lunch take away

Very happy to dive with Jose to Daphne – he is an amazing spotter of mantas and a really nice guy.
Very organized crew, great dive and amazing guacamole we were back in time for me to take the boat to Izabela and they were kind enough to bring me warm lunch that I could take with me to the boat.
Thanks for an amazing day. – via google
