Got scammed out of $500, I signed up for my advanced course and despite being promised certification within a month or two, they never once scheduled or reached out to me. I called them many times to schedule a date and they were “never available” I went back after 7 months of me reaching out and calling to get my money back and they said they have a no refund policy and was nothing they could do. Went and got my advanced somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to beach cities scuba – via

My sister and I just got scuba certified here and had the best instructor ever!! We got lucky to have Casey as our instructor and we both feel ready and confident to go into the diving world. He was very patient with us, constantly slowing down or repeating skills in order to make sure my sister and I felt confident with it. My sister and I went into diving feeling very scared and anxious, however I was able to quickly grow a lot of trust in him. He was very informative on dive skills and dive equipment and overall showed a lot of care for us. Highly recommend this place!! – via

If you are looking for an extremely experienced and safety conscientious scuba instructor, Casey is the right guy for you. He and his team (Kelly and Becca) are very knowledgeable and safely guided us through all the steps of our scuba certification program. Kelly and Becca had great advice on diving earplugs and drops that can help deal with persistent equalization problems and Casey made sure to descend extra slowly to help avoid that problem on the next dive. – via

My husband and I have never had worse customer service in our life. It was the owner (Casey) who is a male and the younger female who was way better help than he was. The shop is still coming together which I understand if it just recently opened. But when he stepped in to assist with an order his questions sounded rushed and irritated. After we called to cancel an order we didnt receive yet he snapped and said it clearly states on the receipt no returns only store credit. Just like anyone else who would’ve been treated that way, my husband said ok I’ll be sure to leave you a review on Yelp. He pretty much said if you’re gonna threaten me you’re not getting anything and hung up. Mind you we are very nice and understanding people, but if you want to have a successful business you should treat your customers better. Absolutely no patience or professionalism. Sad because who doesnt love supporting small businesses. – via
