Took our Keystone Alpine 5th wheel in for a Moryde suspension upgrade and then general yearly maintenance, brakes, slides, detail etc. Also had a hairline crack in the cap that was growing. Tim, their service writer, totally engaged with my concerns, did a walk around the rig which found some other concerns that needed to be addressed. He contacted Keystone warranty department with regard to the cap crack(they are not a Keystone dealer) and came back to me with a route to get the repair warranted. He came up with a delivery schedule, informed me every day with a progress report via text and delivered the completed product on time. His team delivered! It is very rare today that I find this level of service. Thank y’all-Tim and team! – via
