Worst experience ever!!! They are not professional and the equipment is dated. My family and I paid for her ski’s and we’re told we could have 2 people on each jet ski for an extra $15. Once everything was paid and settled 2 family members when into the water just for 1 jet ski to flip over because the jet ski handle bars were not working and the steering was non existent this is something the company knew and still allowed for us to pay. When one of the workers went out in the water to assist my family who flipped over they expressed they wanted to return to the beach because of it and the owner got aggressive and mad because he said no refunds but how can you send someone in the water with equipment that didn’t work now my other family does not want to get on and can not as there were no more jet ski’s that worked for everyone to ride together as the owner stated he was rude and argumentative and did not return the money poor business I would not recommend do not bother the jet ski that flipped started smoking as they pulled it out the water never again worst experience once we went to the desk to retrieve the phones you have to leave for security deposit the guy said we had to pay for the flipped jet ski engine to be flushed and said we broke the jet ski but the worker that was in the water said it was broke already and it was ok but the owner ripped us off in order to get the phones back – via

Complete ripoff. I would choose Zero stars if they let me. They charged us double for ziplining, double for fishing, tried to fit too many people on a small boat to go snorkeling and it wasn’t safe, and they didn’t have enough gear for everyone. Since it was already paid for and everybody couldn’t fit in the boat, some of us went horseback riding instead. They said we’d go for an hour, but led us back after only about 30 minutes and then wanted us to pay for it, AGAIN. – via

When I did, they said they had another reservation at that time but could do a later time, I said that was fine. Tuve la desdichada oportunidad de sufrir un accidente en una de sus actividades gracias a la impericia de su operador, y me han estado eludiendo la responsabilidad de su negligencia. Inventaron toda una trama de que estaban cubiertos por un seguro (recién me entero que si tienen una póliza con Assa, pero evitan procesar los reclamos por no pagar el deducible) y ya vamos en los 3 meses con llamadas, correos, malos tratos y hasta un convenio de recibir una pequeña compensación que es insuficiente para cubrir los daños recibidos; pero que, ni eso, han cumplido de dar. Según su propietario, debÃa estarle “agradecido” por que me dieran $100 en un principio por los analgésicos y otros medicamentos comprados en los primeros dÃas y les escribiera deslindándolos de toda responsabilidad. Recién acabamos de tener un mal momento en el que se me ofreció pagar $250 (solo en fisioterapias se duplica esa cantidad) y como no me dà por contento y no me quedé sumiso, como quizá está acostumbrado; me tiró el teléfono desafiandome a que le de pelea y haga “lo que tenga que hacer”. Todo porque no les dio la gana de procesar las cosas correctamente a través del seguro y evitando hacer un pago mÃnimo. My family went on a whim to go parasailing with Xtreme. We had a blast! The wind was low and it cut our parasail short. It was unfortunate that when we landed the wind died and when we came close to the boat the sail went into the water. Due to the wind, we were sent straight down and my wife cut herself badly. When it happened she bled badly. The staff was amazing!!!! They made sure we were ok, and took our pictures around the island. It took another ten mins to get back to shore and when we got back we were greeted by the lifeguard who tended to her cut. I cannot thank Xtreme Adventures Panama for be kind and caring for our accident. We would gladly come back again for any other adventures they have for us!!! Thank you for everything!!!!! – via
