Captain Carlos is fantastic at what he does! Great personality and all around good guy. Went out today with him, was a slow bite but caught some really nice fish. If I were to rate my experience with Chispa it would be a 10 × 10. The very best charter Captain I have fished with!!! Going to save up and come back just to fish with him again. – via
