We had an amazing time with Henry! Booking on line was extremely easy. We were caught in very heavy rains which didn’t stop us from the lesson. Henry was very clear in his directions and patient with all of us. He provided feedback which helped us have a ton of success!! We were all able to get up and enjoy some surfing!! My wife and I were brought here by a friend, as our daughter wanted a wet suit, and I enjoy supporting local shops. What I didn’t expect was the sales person to be very knowledgeable about wetsuits and gave very good recommendations. But, what we would need, the store didn’t have, so the sales person broke the cardinal rule of retail: told us to buy what we need elsewhere, because the shop didn’t have what we needed at the time. That’s customer centric service. Top notch!
