AMAZING experience with the most friendly, chill and passionate people! I had to wait a bit, even though I scheduled an arrival time, because I was diving on my own and not in a group. Most others were in groups – well worth the wait. My harness was adjusted twice without me even asking, for comfort and safety as my clothing was “slippery” athletic material. You are taken care of! Huge thank you to Skydive Ontario for 4 super awesome tandem jumps. I came here in August for my first ever jump and loved it so much I’ve been back 3 more times since. Hands down, by far, the absolute coolest thing I’ve ever done and each jump was such a great experience I will never forget! Special thanks to my instructor Tyler for getting me back on the ground safely. You were calm, confident, informative and gave clear, thorough instructions which gave me peace of mind that everything would be okay. I highly recommend everyone come check this place out and try skydiving. Guaranteed you will get something positive out of it and maybe it will bring you as much joy as it has to me. Step out of your comfort zone and try something new. It will change your life for the better. – via

Had booking for 1 pm. They called around 12 said that plane needs some overlook by mechanic so the delay until like 3 . This was a birthday gift for my auntie . We got there 2:30 and registered and since then waited about 45 min someone from their stuff said when were asked how long before we go they said 30 min that was around 4 pm. They said 6:15 is jump … Long story short My auntie jumped at like 7:15 so basically half a day wasted. It says the wait time is up to 4 hours on web site, however stuff could have said something that you don’t have to wait around 3 hours. – via

Great attitude. It’s very polite to hang up customer phone intentionally. Don’t know how this place got 5 stars? Paid for the rating? Was calling to simply ask emailing confirmation of booking skydive course there. Staff hanged up INTENTIONALLY. Very good try. There are many other schools in Ontario teaches skydiving. Better go places else rather than to be treated rude.

Nop, this is exact the place. As you mentioned, “we don’t do email confirmation”. Not that many schools don’t confirm their students on the waitlist neither by email nor by text. Ask your receptionist who was telling me there is only instructor teaching so the waitlist is long. Then I simply asked can you confirm with me on the waitlist by email. “Hum” hanged up. Is this called polite? – via

I don’t know if this was a one off, BUT their booking system and time management is terrible. I called and they booked me for 3pm. I got there at 2:30pm.The jump happened at 6pm!!!! Please respect people’s time or at least warn them.

Friendly and fun staff though, the price is lower than other places too. – via

Old timey moderately experienced fun jumper here.
Most dropzones are clique and a chore to get info or meet people.
Not so here. These guys (and ladiiiies) are super outgoing and friendly.
I may not jump this year due to commitments but I am glad to have found a DZ that may well fit my needs as a home dropzone.
P.s…got a king air!
11 jumpers to alt in 10mins.
Or so the story is told.
