Treat yourself and book Sandy Bottoms Sailing today, you will not regret it! I booked a day trip for my birthday celebration with friends and it was the best day ever! First, Katie made booking super easy. No question was left unanswered. We were picked up on time and transported to the dock where we met Captain Auturo and Kristy. They were friendly and welcoming and made us all feel at home on their boat. We had perfect weather and started sailing immediately. The boat is large and well equiped. We had everything we need to have fun…drinks, food, music, great weather, water toys and more! We had a blast! We sailed to a private island and anchored for the day. It was awsome. We saw sea turtles and colorful fish and we weren’t even snorkling! It was so much fun. A million thumbs up for Sandy Bottoms Sailing!! – via

My family (myself, my wife and our three daughters) had a fantastic time on a snorkeling trip. Katie was fantastic with answering questions prior to booking and after. Captain Arturo and Kristy were top notch at entertaining us on their boat and throughout the trip. Breakfast and the snacks were more than enough to keep us all well fed. Captain Arturo and Kristy were so patient with all of our questions about PR, sailing, snorkeling, the fish and every other question that we could throw at them. This was well worth it. We saw a few turtles from the boat and on the paddle board, but couldn’t get close enough snorkeling to see the in the water (the kids were not very stealthy). We did get to see very close up a pair of Eagle Rays passing by as well as a southern sting ray that buried in the sand under our boat. We were interested in snorkeling so we stayed at the initial reef we went to. We were offered to go to a different spot if we wanted more of a beach feel, but we were happy staying in the one spot we started at. The experience was exactly as the website describes and the other reviews attest to. Thank you Captain Arturo, Kristy and Katie for sharing your little slice of heaven with us and entertaining us for the day. – via

My family and I enjoyed our trip so very much!!! Booking with Katie was so easy and she explained everything so clearly. Captain Arturo was very knowledgeable. Kristy, the crew member was so very nice. The food was delicious. The sailboat was clean and sanitized. Now let’s get to the islands, Palomino and Lobos islands were amazingly beautiful….. definitely the best beaches in Puerto Rico. We will definitely be back in the future!!!! Captain Arturo provided a lovely experience for four adults and one 6yo. If you have less than six people and are trying to decide between a $100pp “cattle” boat 40 person catamaran and this, this is certainly worth the extra money. – via

We can’t say enough about this company and crew, they were completely awesome and it was by far the favorite thing we did the whole week we were there. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great tour. If you’re looking for a boat or snorkel tour, you’re doing yourself a disservice if you pick anyone other then Tobias. – via

We would do this again in a heartbeat!

Had such a great time on Arturo’s sailboat. He controls this giant boat perfectly and puts together a top notch day for his visitors. We had such a great time snorkeling, swimming, and enjoying life on the boat. Lunch with shrimp and coconut rice was perfect. And Katie’s chocolate brownies are amazing!!

From your first contact Katie does a great job communicating and putting together your ideal day.

One of the best highlights of our trip! Arturo and Christy made sure our sailing/snorkeling experience was amazing! The snorkeling equipment provided was super nice. The drinks and food provided were delicious and lounging in the water while being provided with drinks doesn’t get much better than that! – via

We had the best day sailing with Arturo and Christy. They have a beautiful boat and they were the ultimate hosts! Great food, drinks and company! So nice to be able to charter the boat for just our group of six people too. They anchored in a calm bay off isla Palomino and had all the equipment for snorkeling and even floating chairs! We’ll definitely book with them again and I’d encourage anyone traveling to Puerto Rico to do the same! Thank you Arturo and Christy for everything! – via

Our family of 6 had a private charter day trip to Isla Palomino with Captain Arturo and Christy. We had such a wonderful experience. Every detail from Arturo and Christy did not go unnoticed and helped make the day special – the wonderful appetizers, drinks, sanitized snorkeling gear, and floating chairs.
