Had such an amazing experience with Pure Adventure Snorkeling! Our crew was Captain Luis, Freddie, and Victor and they were the best! We saw sea turtles, stingrays, and fish! There were snacks provided, open bar, and beverages for whatever you needed, and the crew was super accommodating and friendly, even for a large group! 10/10 would recommend! – via

Second time and 10 out of 5 again!!! Definitely one of the best snorkel experience in the world!!! We got a snorkeling tour to Vieques again. This time we played with octopus, saw 3 turtles, huge stingray, barracuda, and, of course, many more fishes. – via

Victor, Freddy, and Luis did a great job crewing the ship and ensuring the snorkeling was great but also safe. Saw turtles, fish, sting ray, and a nurse shark. My wife was a bit nervous but Victor made sure she was good the whole time. – via

THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD TRAVELING.
We did the 8am-12 snorkeling tour Wednesday, March 13th to Vieques. When I say a top tier experience I mean EVERYTHING about it was exceptional (and I’m a tough critic).
The staff were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the marine life, Puerto Rico, and giving their customers an unforgettable one of a kind experience.
They were patient with the kids, super focused on safety (of the animals and the people) and so incredibly kind and helpful to everyone.
Yes it was beautiful. Yes my adult son, his GF, and my husband saw sting rays, turtles and schools of beautiful fish: but more importantly- service.
Safety and service.
If you are considering a tour company- you want to choose this one. It was recommended to me by so many locals who were friends of friends and I understand why.
The staff are passionate about their jobs and their home and it shows- in everything they do.
The best experience of my whole time in PR. Thank you a million times to their awesome team. ?? – via

Really amazing tour. We did tour last Friday, March 8, 24. The guides made sure everyone was comfortable in shallow water first and when out pointed out huge rays and lots of turtles. A great time! – via

Fantastic day at Playa Verde in Vieques. Excellent knowledgeable crew. Well organized and accommodating. I use a wheelchair, (t12 paraplegic,) and they were really great about making sure everything went well. Lots of turtles and fish. Totally recommend. – via

My snorkeling tour to Vieques with Pure Adventure was absolutely wonderful! The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, they led us to an area with amazing beach and crystal-clear waters. We saw variety of fishes, sea turtles, and stingrays during the snorkeling. To top it off, they provided complimentary lunch and refreshing drinks. Highly recommended! – via

Let me start off by saying these people only care about money. I booked this tour for my fiancé and I. They texted me asking if I wanted transportation for $45 per person I declined because I had my own vehicle. Ok, so they text me the location to meet. We arrive sign all documents and the tour guide asks us if we have a car because now we have to follow him to a NEW location for the actual tour we said yes. We arrived EARLY and I went back to the car to look for my Dramamine because I get very extremely sick on boats. I didn’t have any so we rushed to the store to get some medicine and food because without either it would’ve been an awful experience for me. We had time anyways since we arrived early. Ok we were 2 mins late heading back and I texted the tour guide that I was had ran to the store to please provide the new address because I could’ve made it hence I had a car and had to follow them anyways. No reply. I saw a different tour guide at the location and he lied to me and said they walked across the street for the boat and left which was impossible because it was 8:02am. I contacted Viator for a refund and the tour guide company lied to them and said I didn’t show up. Mind you I had signed everything and told them of the situation. They are a greedy company and only care about money not customer service because that is not how you treat guests.

So happy to know that you did indeed receive my text and was ignored. Yes, I left to go get medicine AND food. Because when I applied for a refund you lied and said I didn’t reach out to you to let you know anything. – via

We had a fantastic time on our snorkel adventure. The guides were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a great time. We saw turtles, all kinds of beautiful fish, different types of coral, sea anemones, etc.

Definitely arrive early as they recommend – our maps app tried to take us a weird way (it’s not the easiest in the world to find), and the check-in process takes just an extra minute or two.

The boat ride to Vieques was beautiful, then they let us practice snorkeling in the shallow waters just off the beach there for about an hour before we went out to snorkel in deeper waters where we saw the turtles. The lunch was light but perfect (half a wrap and fresh fruit), and the drinks were great! I’d absolutely do it again. Bring cash for a tip 🙂 – via

So, here you go… bring towels. Get signed in and then everyone drives right back the way you came about a block and drives down to the dock. Get there first to get up top or you will be drenched and frozen before you get there. But after snorkeling, get ready for margaritas, rum and coke, and cold beers. And, the wraps were great too! Guides were very helpful and took great care of us. Bring along water shoes, don’t wear them to the boat. Carry them. And LOTS of sunscreen. – via

As per there website they should be taking us to the flamenco beach but they have not taken us to that spot and they took us different beach on different side of culebra saying the tides are higher. Food was terrible.

Later when I checked with my friends who booked with them a year ago…it happens to be the same story. The reason is same.

Other hospitality and service is good. – via
