Our experience at LEK was above and beyond what I expected it would be. We had our two sons (ages 10 and 12), and myself take lessons. From the first moment, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing LEK, because even though learning kite boarding is challenging we always ended the day feeling happy, safe and accomplished. From the girls in the office, to the guys in the gear room, to all the instructors, every single person that works at LEK is there to help and support you through the learning process. This entire group ensures that your kiting experience is exactly what you need when learning an extreme sport, safe and fun. The bonus is that along the way our family has bonded with the staff at LEK, and they have become part of our extended family! We planned for Andaman and Nicobar Island Trip during Jan 2023. Really we enjoyed lot and especially my kid and my wife they pretty enjoyed a lot. All the arrangement (Hotel, Rooms, Food and Cab arrangements) are very well organised. All the co-ordinators for this trip was very friendly. The Trip is worth for the money we spent.
Special Mention : Trip Advisor and organiser Faizan Khan, he guided very well.

Reasons:
1 ) Phucket -Everything was perfect except Tailboat fees in Phiphi Island
9 can travel in a single boat but still they were restricted for 4 people & one of our team faced the worst experience with a tailboat person
2 ) Bangkok – Didn’t planned check -in time properly so we checked-in early and also we missed complimentary breakfast.
3 ) Pattaya – We are not satisfied with the Crystal palace hotel rooms. Since it’s 3 sharing room but room space is not enough for 3 people. There are many good spots on coral island but they just dropped us off and asked us to self explore.
We had a worst experience on return day
You guys know our flight timings and hotel transfers , You should have booked hotel accordingly
Our return flight is on 30th jan Night 10 pm
Hotel to airport transfer time is 4:30pm
but our hotel checkout time is 30th Jan 12 pm
I don’t know on what criteria you booked in this timing.
Did you plan in such a way that we would need to stay on roads with all our luggage from 12pm to 4:30pm in pattaya?
When I checked with your support they told me that it’s a sales person issue.
They didn’t convince the hotel to extend check out time instead telling us to pay for extending. They informed me that his manager will connect to resolve this issue but no one responded till check out.
We are not asking anything as free but this shouldn’t happen at the last minute.
You should consider these timing issues earlier and adjust the itinerary accordingly
The only reason for coming to trip planners is to plan such things effectively. But we are not satisfied with your plans.
Overall review: You guys are best for couples trips but your plan doesn’t fit for bachelor trips or group trips.
Another thing we noticed was that your availability before making payments was 24/7 .
But after making payments you guys didn’t respond the same as before. We waited for small small things for a long time.

We picked Pickyourtrail for our honeymoon vacation to Bali- Indonesia. Starting with customizable itinerary to executing it with complete professionalism, they did a very good job. The stay was very scenic just next to the beautiful seminyak beach. We enjoyed 4 nights stay at Furama ocean Beach hotel with very good food, service and amenities.
The trip was well organized and had no flaws in timely pickup and drop between various places.
Going to an international trip for the first time, I had many questions. The support team was always available to respond to all my queries. The app had many features and tools to guide the trip throughout.
Bali was a very good experience only because of the right choice we made to go with Pickyourtrail.

We had booked our honeymoon through Pickyourtrails. I would say overall a wonderful and magical experience in Bali. For couples who are really busy with their work lives and want to avoid the hussles of travel planning, Pickyourtrails is the right choice. All facilities were at the drop of a hat with an English speaking driver cum guide really made us cover around a lot of places within a short time. We ran out of cash midway because of a small fiasco from our card provider but special thanks to Shreya and the team that facilitated the quick transfer and conversion of cash from India by our friends. Also a big thank you to Yashika for helping us plan the trip so well and our local guide Eddie for a wonderful tour. An excellent experience and will surely choose them again. – via

From the start follow-up was ontime. Then and there they updated us on our schedule and basic instructions about the locals. In case of any concerns or complaint, pick your trial returned our calls promptly. Stay was good, especially the stay at Ubud was very nice. Best place to plan international travels. – via
