(Translated by Google) One of our favorite parks! Extremely empty, not even people at the gate. Everything is great to explore in the dry season, no difficult slopes (in the direction of the water!) – and we saw lots of elephants. There’s even a lookout/hide.
In the east (other side of the street) it got very deep sand. We almost got stuck there and there were only a few elephants.

Einer unser Lieblingsparks! Extrem leer, nicht mal mehr Leute am Gate/Tor. Man kann in der Trockenzeit alles super erkunden, keine schwierigen Pisten (Richtung Wasser!) – und wir haben massenweise Elefanten gesehen. Es gibt sogar einen Lookout/Hide.
Im Osten (andere Straßenseite) wurde es sehr tiefsandig. Da sind wir fast stecken geblieben und es gab nur ein paar wenige Elefanten. – via

We spent 4 nights in camp 3…the most beautifull setting, but not safe. Yesterday parks boat and vehicle came to warn us that they found foot prints of illegal fishermen. We put most of our valuables away, but this morning discovered that we had visitors in the night that stole what we left out….so how safe is one? We reported the incident and Parks management reacted very quickly. Only afterwards did we hear about a tourist being murdered a few years ago at camp 3. – via
