Natalie and the crew took us to Turtle Town, where the turtles were out in droves. Natalie is kind, friendly, and very helpful to my son and me, novices. I learned a lot from her about diving safely, as well as the wildlife that lives in the structure. Thank you for making our dives fun and educational! – via

My husband and I spent three days diving (total of 9 dives) with Lahaina divers. We specifically chose this company for their advanced dive charters as they offered the most options for advanced charters.
The dive shop has captains and DMs that are incredibly professional and love what they do! We were honored to have Brad and Cory as captains and several DMs (Nick, Parker, Brian, TJ, Jess….). All were excellent guides.
The ONLY downside to the shop is that they do not offer pick up/drop off to your resort and cannot store your equipment even if you have back to back days of diving. This means you have to transport your wet gear back to your hotel. They will move your gear back to the shop so you can rinse it off. It was a little disappointing they don’t have the space for storing gear with how much we pay for the charters.
If you are trying to decide on charters:
Cathedrals: truly beginner/intermediate dive, but it was one of the best! The formations were fantastic! The crew divides groups so they are similar in capabilities which makes the dives more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this charter.
Carthaginian: this is an advanced charter because of depth only. Otherwise, it’s incredibly simple. It was 100ft at the bottom. We saw a couple rays and a shark, but other than that, nothing to it. The second dive for this charter, the Mala pier, was what made it worth it because it’s a turtle cleaning station. We didn’t do the Backwall dive, but wish the timing worked out so we could have done that one instead of the wreck charter.
3 Tank: this was one of my favorites. It was a small group of serious divers who wanted to spend the whole day out. The conditions were great, making the drift dives simple and easy, but drift dives can vary immensely depending on currents/conditions. On our last dive, we saw a couple dolphins!
Hammerhead: ok, seriously. They are not joking regarding the conditions. We had a “calm” day with 6-10 ft swells. 1/4 divers got sick. If you are prone to sea sickness, do not recommend. If you aren’t prone, recommend taking Dramamine! Our group lucked out the most: we saw a school of about 12 hammerheads on the first dive and a few on the second. The highlight was a pod of spinner dolphins that came to check us out for about 5 min at the end of the second dive. Absolute highlight of my diving! Please take to heart the warnings regarding the water conditions on this dive! They go regardless, but on our calm day, a fourth of the boat got sick and were miserable. I don’t regret going at all, but I can’t speak for the others.
Bottom line: great experience and only regret is not doing the Backwall (vice the wreck dive). – via

Just got PADI certified! ?? Lahaina Divers was referred by a good friend, and boy was she right! Parker, Jess, and Natalie you guys are AWESOME and I cannot praise you enough for making it so easy to complete this adventure.
Day 1: confined dive with Parker. What a cool, knowledgeable, efficient (and funny!) man. We had a lot of fun and covered all the basic exercises to prepare for the ocean.
Day 2: open water with Jess. She is a very smart and trustworthy buddy, and had my back at every moment. She also knew every single fish we came across, and we saw a couple of beautiful nudibranchs.
Day 3: open water with Natalie, a vibrant and enthusiastic instructor who made the final day a joy to experience. Because of her encouragement I became much more comfortable underwater, and now I am a certified diver.
Seriously the whole team just seems like they have a lot of fun while simultaneously working hard to ensure maximum safety. I was sad when I found out Parker wouldn’t be my instructor for the whole course but that quickly turned to delight when I got to meet Jess and Natalie. If you’re thinking about getting certified, you’re in great hands. These people know what they are doing and they will give you a first class experience that will last a lifetime.
Other shoutouts to Captain Brad, Dana, Kassidy (always there to make sure I got back the stuff I kept leaving behind ?????), and Greg (the owner). Team efficiency and attitudes are directly influenced by management, and it is glaringly obvious this operation is managed exceptionally well. What a cool group of people. 5/5 A+.

My wife and I booked a two tank Molokini Crater Back Wall dive with Lahaina Divers and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! The staff was very friendly and everything was well organized. But: the dive site was a disappointment! First dive was around a rock close to the Cathedrals. Plenty of fish but I signed up for the cathedrals, not for a shallow rock dive. Second dive was the First cathedral. Nice place but we didn’t spend a lot of time in. Too many divers around. Followed by more rocks…. Not worth 300 Dollars especially not if you’re an experienced diver. – via Google

Dove Lanai Cathedrals and Wash Rock and both were spectacular. A large, well-equipped boat with convenient stations for tanks and BCD vests, great captain and dive crew, and just the right mix of diving refresher and sea life education. I had wanted to do Molikini but this trip was better. – via Google

Captain and dive crew were professional and operated like a well-oiled machine. We dove twice on Molokini Crater on 11/29. The wind was light and the visibility was amazing. Saw a white tip reef shark on the first dive and met Skeeter on the second. We Love Lahaina Divers! – via Google
