Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The staff are patient, friendly, helpful, on top of training and best of all, my daughter looks forward to coming gymnastics EVERY WEEK!!! Because of this place, it has pushed her to work harder in school to continue coming to gymnastics. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! – via

I’ve been going to their Tuesday and Saturday open gyms for about 2 years now and I always recommend it to anyone who wants to try out gymnastics, parkour, or calisthenics. The open gyms are great because you’re able to try pretty much anything, and most of us who go regularly are always open to helping newcomers get into the sports. Open gyms would be great if you want to learn how to do a backflip or something like that. Also, you can use most of the equipment as well as the trampoline

Also the owners are very friendly, and the coaches all seem very knowledgeable. A lot of the coaches seem to be gymnasts or cheerleaders themselves, and I’ve seen some really advanced gymnasts in the classes here. I’d definitely recommend Intensity for gymnastics classes as well – via

We have been coming nearly a year and we are jjst so happy! The coaches are great and the gym is clean. They are flexible with classes and the price is more than fair. They also have many additional events like “parents night out” and camp.
