Big thank you to Rowan, Dave, Jeremy, Sebastian and the rest of the InDepth crew who helped me complete the Open Water and Advanced Open Water courses in preparation for a diving holiday

The InDepth instructors and staff were extremely knowledge and importantly were really good at instructing for all abilities. They were able to adapt their teaching style based on student abilities and used great tools to explain the concepts.

I had fun on both courses and really appreciate the way they went the extra mile with their flexibility and amazing customer service. I would dive with them again in a heartbeat. – via google

Bought a dive watch online in April. Showed as in stock, but it turned out it wasn’t. Called up and they said they would find out how long it would be to get them in, they didn’t call me.
Gave it a month and called back, still not in stock. Asked for a refund.
– the manager isn’t in for 4 days, call back then
– write it down and get him to refund me when he’s next in, or get him to call me
– I’ll try
– you don’t need to try, just do it
They didn’t call me. So I called them. Said they would do a refund. They didn’t go a refund 10 days later. I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge to get a refund.
Do not shop with them, they are beyond incompetent – they are clearly scammers or crooks. Shocking. – via google

Ever been in a relationship where you feel you’re the only one trying and the other doesn’t seem interested or even care? This was my experience – they came highly recommended so I kept trying, but it was a losing battle. Never taken seriously, disinterested staff, and then given wrong information which meant they never sent off my order for my script to be put into a mask.
Very disappointing experience dealing with them. Definitely can’t recommend. – via Google

I hope anyone can read my comments and help me refund my money from them, I paid for the course, and I bought some stuff from the shop. I didn’t do the course they said you need more skills. I kept sending many emails and called them to refund my money of $ 499, but no response from them. In the beginning, they try to show friendly people and stuff, but after that, they don’t respond and are not corporate with the customers – via Google
