Extremely disappointed and found this company lacks integrity! This was a 50th Birthday gift and the Flight was cancelled (via text) the morning of the day prior due to “weather” when questioned why following a review of many weather sites it was actually found that they didn’t have enough bookings. We only had 2 days available to use the flight (whilst travelling Tasmania) so it was requested if the flight could be used the next day and this was declined. Then on top of this they charged $22 in Merchant Fees – so no Birthday flight plus out of pocket and absolutely no empathy at all for the disappointment. Disgraceful customer service, a company that lacks integrity and demonstrates poor form. THINK CAREFULLY before booking with this group! – via
