H2O dive center is fantastic! Tomas helped me complete my open water certification in the ocean along sunken ships with interesting and colorful creatures inside at the dive site. He had prompt responses anytime I texted him to schedule or had a question. He was extremely flexible according to my very tight and limited days I had to work with while I travelled to Miami. – via

I was visiting from NY, this was my first time working with H20, and certainly, it won’t be the last.
When looking for a Dive Shop to work with, is very important to choose one that cares about quality of service and not only volume, and that’s exactly what I got at H2O.
Thomas provided me with excellent customer service, he was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable, I felt comfortable and safe at all times, and our Dive was excellent in a beautiful location, he treated me as family, and I will continue to support this business, I’m already planing my next visit!!

I booked the shark dive with Tomas.
Unfortunately it was cancelled due to bad weather and whilst we tried to rearrange it just didn’t fit with my schedule but Tomas was super responsive, communicative, flexible and helpful and gave me a full refund.
The price wasn’t too bad considering it was 3 tanks and all equipment and the videos he showed me looked insane!!
If I return to Miami I will definitely be going with Tomas / H2O again. – via

I dove with H2O a couple times and highly recommend them. They are small but extremely good. Especially if you are a more experienced diver and you had enough of the tourist trap dive centers, go with H2O! Tip: Ask for the shark dive. – via

It was the WORST diving experience ever. And I’ve been diving for 10 years.

This diving trip was supposed to be a present for my birthday. So my mother went to the diving company on her own to pay. She paid, got a receipt and did everything in real life. It’s important to remember that she didn’t use the website.

On my birthday we go to that place and they tell us that the weather isn’t great for diving. Everything can happen. We totally understand that weather is very changeable. However, they didn’t notify us. We live quite far away.

The diver already knew that the weather wasn’t great, because he talked to the boat. However, he didn’t bother to notify us before we traveled almost an hour to the location. So once we got there, he turned us around.

We struggled to find another perfect time since everyone is working. However, once we established a date and agreed to do everything, we asked him to call if the weather gets cold or bad. The weather that day was indeed cold, and we wrote them a day before to ask whether we are still diving.

They didn’t answer and ignored our messages.

We called them several more times, and after several ignored messages, they finally gave us another date. A guy promised to call us a day before to say what time we need to be there.

Did he call? NO.

Since they ignored so many messages and canceled for so many times, we asked to get a refund. We were in no mood to dive with this particular company and had a trip planned.

However, they told us that they have a specific policy with no refunds. This information is supposedly found online. How was I supposed to know it if we bought it in real life?

They NEVER told us about this policy and NEVER mentioned it.

“I can’t get my money back since I canceled the trip.”

However, it was actually them who canceled so many times and IGNORED call after call, message after message.

They were “busy” to message back.

I don’t have to chase a company to get a proper service. Not to mention that the only thing they had to do was tell me a specific time and place. I wasn’t demanding anything else.

Don’t bother with this company if you actually want to dive. Preferably this year and not in a century. – via

I loved how flexible they were almost like they became custom classes. You can see that they work with a lot of passion because they do dives from Monday to Sunday. You can take the written exam with them and it is very enriching because whatever your weakness is, they are there to teach you in the best way. The equipment was excellent, their store also has incredible things with good discounts (I bought two of their professional masks and they work perfect !!) fast response times, the deep sea experience was excellent we visited two reefs with sightings of turtles, rays, jellyfish , hundreds of fish, an underwater cemetery etc… I contacted several agencies that only worked with limited hours or with extra fees for the hours I needed, or without Spanish-speaking instructors or who said yes and then called back to say they had the disabled instructor in short with them you go to the fixed one and with the best price. They are very nice people with the best disposition to solve your doubts and not to mention the max pet that makes you want very quickly, that even after finishing the course they are there I will definitely return on my next vacation with them !!

I have read some bad comments that are not even close to the reality of what this agency really is. Some people want to get certified without even knowing how to swim. Safety is the most important thing especially when it involves children. When you are more than 40 or 60 feet underwater you have to have at least minimal skills and be very calm because diving is a system that requires a lot of care and safety.

Tomas y Luchi una calidad de personas que te enseñan con toda la paciencia y con el mejor profesionalismo, tomas fue buzo profesional de la navy y tiene más de 30 años de experiencia , luchi también con muchos años de experiencia y un amor y respeto por el ecosistema , ejerciendo buenas prácticas sustentables de buceo . Una calidad de instructores que te dejan muy bien preparados ( mi pareja hizo su curso años antes con otra agencia y no le enseñaron ni la mitad de los ejercicios que a mi me enseñaron ) . Me encanto lo flexible que fueron casi que se convirtieron en clases personalizadas. Se nota que trabajan con mucha pasión porque hacen inmersiones de lunes a domingo. El examen escrito lo puedes presentar con ellos y es muy enriquecedor porque cualquiera que sea tu debilidad ellos están ahí para enseñarte de la mejor manera . Los equipos estuvieron excelentes , su tienda también tiene cosas increíbles con buenos descuentos ( compré dos de sus caretas profesionales y funcionan perfecto !!) tiempos de respuestas rápido, la experiencia en aguas profundas fue excelente visitamos dos arrecifes con avistamiento de tortugas , rayas , medusas , cientos de pece , un cementerio subacuático etc… contacté a varias agencias que solo funcionaban con horarios limitados o con extras fee para los los horarios que necesitaba , o sin instructores de habla hispana o que decían si y luego volvían a llamar para decir que tenían el instructor incapacitado en fin con ellos vas a la fija y con el mejor precio . Son muy agradables personas con la mejor disposición para resolverte dudas y ni hablar de la mascota max que se hace querer muy rápido , que aun después de terminar el curso están ahí Sin duda volveré en mis próximas vacaciones con ellos !!
