Big thanks to the whole grove scuba team. They are consistent, reliable and overall very professional workers. Grove has been my go-to local dive shop for years now. From going scuba diving as a marine biology student at UM, to diving around South Florida, they have supplied my family, friends, and I with long lasting quality gear, and always have great suggestions and dive trips. Special shout out to Hayden, a rising star and instructor at grove scuba and an amazing addition to the south FL diving community. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, kind, and loves to dive more than anybody I know. – via

I signed up for PADI open water class and the experience with Hayden was second to none. He is a fantastic instructor and after hearing about how other have had unpleasant experiences with other instructors at other shops, I was pleased with his attention to detail, comfort of divers in his course and passion for diving. Ask for Hayden if you are interested in taking scuba lessons. – via

My highest compliments to Grove Scuba and Michael, my instructor. I flew down to FL for the Open Water course and they took good care of me from the start. My absolute highest compliments to Michael—I had a panicked moment underwater and ascended when I shouldn’t have, and he responded immediately with skill, calm and patience. He did exactly what he needed to to make sure I was safe and calm. Matt was also there on the shore and helped talk me through what happened—nothing went wrong, I just got scared, and needed to talk through it. Matt lent an ear and some perspective. Michael took me thought the rest of the exam on day two and made sure I was comfortable. I got through it because everyone is skilled and professional. Definitely recommend. – via

I contacted Grove to do a refresh course. Talked with Fuming and Dave and they were very helpful and accommodating. My instructor was Michael and he did a great job in getting me and two others refreshed and checked out on key skills, giving us as much time as needed to get comfortable with the equipment. Great experience and would highly recommend Grove. – via

We are boaters and were spending a few days in the mooring field at Dinner Key Marina. Walked a first time there and been told they could not fill our tank because it needed to have a visual inspection by a technician, and none were available. Told us to call next day. No technician available and could not tell us when they would be. We were disappointed since it is the only facility in a walking distance of the marina. If in this situation, call before getting there by foot. – via

I loveeeeed this dive shop! My friend and I got our open water cert with this shop last year, and I came back to do some additional specialty courses with them. I trusted them enough to recommend them to another friend, who also went through the same certification this weekend. The staff of this shop were so helpful and made a mildly complicated process (because of what I wanted) so easy! I appreciated their efforts and couldn’t say enough about how much I love this organization. – via Google

They recommended The boat Diaz my daughter and I would go out and for our first open water dive, and, coming from Illinois, it was extremely helpful to know who to dive with … The crew they recommended and dive itself could not have been more perfect!

they also recommended a shore dive at blue heron bridge, Just north of West Palm. It was free, you could also snorkel, I’m telling you, it was an amazing trip as well so many props to GROVE SCUBA – via Google

I got my open water certification through Grove Scuba and I had a phenomenal experience. The booking was easy, staff were incredibly nice, and the 3 day course was seamless and fun. Matt was my instructor and he was patient, kind, and reassuring. He gave great tips and encouraged us along the way. They helped me determine that my BCD needed to be replaced, answered my numerous questions about a range of products and classes, and finally helped me select a new BCD for my girl including trying them on for me to show how they fit a woman of her size. Victoria is extremely warm and intelligent. Ask her any question about the dive shop she is able to give you the answer and guide you to whatever you need. We came to FL to get our Open Water Diver certification. Grove Scuba was terrific. The entire weekend went smoothly and without any issues. Absolutely LOVED these guys! The people behind the counter were so friendly, courteous and helpful in every way possible. The operators who instructed us were also chill, fun and very helpful in helping beginners to learn how to use the flyboard for the first time. (BTW knowing how to use a hoverboard definitely HELPS, as once you’re out of the water, controlling it is very similar to controlling a hoverboard).

This was easily one of the top highlights of our New Years trip to Miami and I HIGHLY recommend going here! – via
