I arrived with my service dog, but the manager told me I couldn’t check in because I had my pet. I explained that I could provide certificates, but she dismissed them, saying they could be obtained from the internet.
In the end, both the manager and another staff member asked me to leave the premises. When I requested if I could at least give water to my pet (after driving for six hours to get here for the first time), they refused. – via
Nice location, but – beware. They chase up people freediving for petty issues, but allow alcohol on site. They claim moral and safety high ground, but it’s obvious they don’t give a chit because they allow drunkards in the water around overhead environments then come chase sober folks who know what they’re doing. If they truly wanted to prevent deaths, prevent alcohol; but no, that would “hurt their profits.” Most desk staff are borderline rude, grumpy-faced people with no customer service skills and very limited knowledge of their own springs. If you like to be a drunktard, this is the place for you. Otherwise go early on a week day to avoid the nonsense. – via
Unbelievable they only rent boats until 2 PM on Weekends when most of the people are coming and the weather is perfect!!! It was our number 1 to do activity during our trip and couldn’t even get in. We were told to come back next day at 8 AM. No , at 8 AM with 40 degrees outside – We are not interested. – via
