We didn’t actually use the services or even buy any gear from this outfit, but I wanted to leave a review after meeting Virgil and Kassidy because they are amazing people! We had just gotten in from DC, we were having lunch at The Catch (great place) and they happened to be sitting at a table next to us. They overheard us talking to our waitress and asking her questions about things to do. We struck up a conversation and they gave us some of the best tips and ideas for our time while on vacation. They spent a long time and went into great detail helping us plan some fun things to do. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I can only imagine how great it would be to take a class with them, and if we had been staying longer we would have. If our interaction with them was any indication of the customer service they have at Florida Free Divers, it is a top notch outfit! – via google

I wanted a “good” set of fins, better than plastic but maybe not carbon ($$$). I had a great conversation with them. They answered every question I had and helped me with a few things I hadn’t thought of. They were extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with a great set of fins – SEAC BM30 + FLF fiberglass blades…WOW, couldn’t be happier. – via google

Been following online/YouTube and went in to get back into spear fishing.

Staff was awesome, we got right down to walking through my experience and they carry all of the top gear – so was a matter of figuring out what I needed.

This place seems to be run very well, that fact the staff is passionate about the sport goes a long way. I would never personally try to save money when I am getting into a new sport and buy online before knowing what I need.
