Great time in LA Forest…
My daughter and I drove up from Santa Monica. Luckily we had a jeep to handle those last 2 miles! Travis was great. He took care of all the paperwork I neglected to do in a timely manner, suited us up and off we went! Since we’re beginners we followed the instructions and had no problems. We thoroughly enjoyed the hour- it was well worth it.. – via

It’s definitely not worth the price. They have so many restrictions that does not let you enjoy the ride. They force you to drive on the slowest level and they stop you constantly to give you instructions. Seems like the guy is on your shoulder every second instructing you how to breathe. Not an enjoyable experience, we booked a trip with the group, and it felt like waste of money. They also are going to sell you insurance, which is never gonna be used. The ATVs and protective helmets are extremely dirty. – via

If you can’t make it 30 min before your reservation don’t even bother to come. They have their policies, I get it
The review is for poor customer service training, the worker couldn’t even enforce policies. Kept taking in circles and couldn’t make a clear statement. We ended up leaving bc it was obvious he didn’t want to do it but also wouldn’t address the issue – via

We signed up for a one hour “intermediate”ATV ride in Angeles National Forest. This ride is for children. Thank god we only booked for 1 hour because 5 minutes into the ride we were both starting to fall asleep. It’s hilarious they ask you if you want to pay for insurance because we basically did circles around a parking lot for one hour. Save your money and just go on a hike, it’ll be more fun. – via

got my party’s reservation wrong (sent two different reservation times) we went to the second reservation time and were told we were late. paid full price to atv ride for 30 mins versus an hour. had high hopes as it was a birthday celebration and the company was hard to reach and once finally in touch, they were super inconsiderate. choose NOT this place if you’re wanting to have a good experience with this activity – via

I highly recommend anyone who’s interested in driving atvs for the first time!!! Me and my boyfriend went for his birthday and we’re running late because we got lost but as soon as we got there we got straight to business with paperwork and also they accommodated to him not having his I.D. We had a little over 40 min of driving time (bc we were late) and our tour guide was very helpful when I was struggling mentally! He told me not to be afraid but also be careful and we had the best time ever, definitely will be going back with friends soon! – via

If you’re wanting one of the worst experience on an ATV in johnson city, you should absolutely book here. That being said, if you don’t. Please continue reading. I will never EVER recommend this company to anyone visiting or currently living in the surrounding areas. Horrible customer service. Under 18 mph riding. Outrageously expensive for what the “experience” is. I have no idea who would give this company above a 1 star. If you are 5 minutes late, expect to only have about 25 minutes of riding time because this company does not allow for grace periods and it will cut into your time without even communication or speediness from the guid informing you to hurry or make the onboarding process faster. This feels like an absolute churn and burn scam with no customer service. Anyways, if you’re wanting to burn your cash, book here and if you don’t, find another company to ride with. – via
