Fantastic experience! We are a family group with both scuba divers and snorkelers (ages 8-70). Lise and team put together exactly the trip we were looking for. Lise emailed and talked on the phone with me to figure out the right itinerary, food, and mix of activities (my niece really wanted to see turtles – and she did!).
Lise’s crew was on top of everything – cooking, tank switching, dive mastering, snorkel guiding, mixing drinks. The cat is a beautiful boat – very roomy – and we all loved the beanbags on the bow. Lise even gave us a nice tour and history of the DR as we drove from the hotel to the dock.
For divers – we had a wide range of experiences and bottom times. Lise’s team worked with us to make sure the more experienced divers maxed out our bottom times, while our newbie drivers felt safe and looked after as they returned to the boat. We spent nearly all of our dive time lionfish hunting. Lise had plenty of Hawaiian slings and gave us instruction on how to use them. I was having so much fun and I wasn’t watching my computer’s deco countdown (it was a new computer) and Lise was super calm and kind when I signaled I needed an extended stop.
