Ordered an item online which was actually out of stock but this was not indicated at any stage of ordering. Would not have known this if I hadn’t called to find out about delivery. Was assured my item would still be delivered on time as they were due to receive stock on Thursday. I followed up on Friday, they said they had already shipped it to me and that I should have received tracking, I didn’t. They said they would resend it, they didn’t.
Didn’t receive the item by the time I needed it, attempted to call many different times during opening hours, went unanswered. Emailed many times, went unanswered. Requested a refund, got a response a few days later saying it was processed and would take 5 business days… 5 business days passed, still no refund, followed up again, finally received an email showing that the refund was only just initiated. Received the refund 2 days later.

Wonderful people, patient and helpful. Josie was fantastic in helping us to fit our boys’ Open Water courses around a variety of reschedules. Jeevan was an awesome teacher, really putting both boys at ease and making the course enjoyable for both of them, but also thought testing their understanding of theory and skills in the water to ensure they can dive safely going forwards. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I dove with the Saturday shore dive group a few days before Christmas. The weather and conditions were not great, but I like a crew that makes the best of what is available. We dove Shelly Beach and saw a few wobbegong sharks along with a good variety of the local underwater flora and fauna.
Afterwards I enjoyed burgers and beer with some of the staff and divers at a local restaurant. It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend Dive 2000. Particularly if you are short on time like I was, or if you just want some relaxing bottom time with a nice group of people. – via

This was a fantastic excursion. I went with my 10 and 12 year old boys and they said “it was the best day of their lives!” Hector gave us great instructions as first timers and our guide gave great instructions to make it enjoyable and ensure we didn’t end up in bad spots. He even dunked the boys in the water a couple of times! – via
