If you are going to deliver a package or have it be delivered to you. Please try to avoid using Canpar. Customer service is rude. I once had a package being delivered to me and they had no idea where it was for a couple days. This is completely unacceptable and reaching customer service in the first place was difficult. I finally got someone where I was told to “wait for dispatch and call back.” fine…

When I would eventually call back I was then told that dispatch was not available or I’ve reached the wrong number, I felt like I was put in a loop trying to get to the right person to talk to. Then I was told to wait for the tracking number to be updated on the website, later to know that they had no idea where my package was, and the tracking number on the website was never updated. I don’t blame the employees but cmon man.

They found out where my package was, then told to come to this location, which I did. Then one of the workers there couldn’t find the package and they called the driver. The driver was out delivering the package… To a convenience store. But I would have to wait until they finished their run.

This company clearly lacks communication between each other. I understand that it might be difficult at times but to tell me to come all the way here, just to say that the package is not there is what drew the line for me.

My experience with Canpar deserves a zero-star rating. Despite paying for next day shipping, they failed to attempt delivery on two consecutive days, as indicated by the “out for delivery” tracking status.

I called customer service who claimed that delivery attempts were made yet there was no signature required and no delivery notice left on my door. I was also home on both days. This leads me to believe the driver didn’t make any genuine efforts.

In addition, the customer service was unhelpful and rude, offering no viable solutions except charging an extra fee for a “reattempted” delivery, even though there were no prior attempts.

Now, I have to personally retrieve the package, causing an additional business day’s delay, completely defeating the purpose of choosing next day shipping. This delay is highly inconvenient since I needed the package three days ago. Canpar’s service has been wholly unacceptable, unreliable and disappointing. – via google

Horrible customer service. 2 weeks waiting for a delivery. I have been calling everyday and get the same response, “it will be delivered tomorrow.” Was also told driver was unable to deliver with no reason. I have asked to speak with management but you have to leave your name and number and they will get back to you..1 week and still waiting. I offered to go pick up the package at the facility but was told “we have to call you back to see if it can be released”. Still waiting!

Absolutely useless.

Horrible customer service

Whatever day they say your package is going to be delivered is irrelevant because they’re going to end up delivering it a few days after that anyways.

4 days in a row they weren’t able to deliver my shipment because they didn’t have time. It would be logical to assume that undelivered packages from the previous day would be prioritized the following day, however, that’s not the case.

Maybe the people in charge of logistics at the company should reevaluate what they’re doing and how they’re doing it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s a 10-minute walk from the strip, the main street and restaurants. It’s a party hotel so, you get both the positives and negatives of this.
The apartments are not modern and there was no TV in the bedroom. You have to pay extra if you want the second air con in the living room. There are groups of parties that can make noise during the night.
On the other hand, there is plenty of space by the pool, loads of happy hour deals and good music. The check out is 12pm and the staff is friendly and helpful.
