Muy mal servicio. Con más de 15 dÃas de anticipación los contacté para hacer la reserva indicando que viajaba desde MedellÃn (lo que significa pago de Hotel, tiquetes aéreos, alquiler de carro). Se pagó el anticipo que ellos piden y nunca me llegó ningún tipo de confirmación ni mensaje de la empresa. Faltando 3 dÃas los contacto para saber por qué no he recibido una confirmación y la respuesta es “confirmamos los vuelos con dos dÃas de anterioridad, y estamos esperando que salga la avioneta de mantenimiento para saber si haremos vuelos esta semana”. En ningún momento me avisaron que habÃa posibilidad de que se cancelaran los saltos por la avioneta, nunca me dijeron nada.
