I made a reservation for a jet ski rental for January 10, 2024 (and even confirmed by calling the location), and no one never showed up at the pick up location that was sent to me. We waited for over an hour after our scheduled time and there was no one there. We called and messaged several times and no one responded, and I still haven’t gotten a response to this day. Very unprofessional and left us stranded. Thankfully we didn’t lose any money, but we lost so much time getting there and waiting.

Response to comment: I was contacting the number that you have listed on your website so maybe you should make sure that phone number is correct then – via google

This was by far the highlight of Miami trip. Rodney was so friendly, patient, and kind. My husband and I did the flyboards and although I had trouble, he never got frustrated.
