LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS
I booked out tour and got the confirmation. The day before they called to cancel and left a message saying it was due to boat maintenance. When I called back another employee told me it was because they didn’t meet their minimum. I understand that but don’t appreciate the lie. Regardless I let them rebook us for the next day after guaranteeing us it would be a go and that they had met the minimum. The next morning they called and cancelled again with he bit about the boat maintenance trying to rebook us for two days into the future (when we would be gone). Since we accepted their delay we missed our opportunity to book with a different company and missed this experience all together. Exceptionally disappointing and unprofessional. – via

(Translated by Google) I went at the beginning of September to enjoy my birthday in PR with my husband, and the experience was 10/10, the organization was incredible, super punctual and communicative at all times. The snorkeling was beautiful.

I must say after reading the bad reviews I feel bad, however I suppose you can say we got lucky.
It was expected to rain 90% the day of the tour & the morning of- it was pouring rain. However we still decided to drive out and we were told the day before via text that the tour is still ON. If you know Puerto Rico well, the weather is always changing. Rains 10 minuets then it’s hot and 90 degrees out.
It stopped raining & some sun came out.
Check in was easy, and within 25 minuets we were already getting onto the boat.
Juan, Gio & Jeremy were our guys for the boat excursions (No me recuerdo sus nombres exactamente) lol
The ride was bumpy windy and a fun experience if you don’t get sea sick and I sat on the top.
We did the snorkeling, not much instructions I suppose it’s self explanatory but there were lots of jellyfish and they said to be careful and snorkel at your own risk.
I saw the beautiful and clear water.
Then we went to Flamenco Beach.
They gave us a bit of history about the beach & then gave us drinks. You can keep an open tab if interested and pay at the end.
We were there for like 2 hours or so If my timing is right. We left at 1:30 pm.
Pictures don’t do it justice check them out – via
