Always something cool in here and excellent friendly customer service. This time managed to leave my boardies and rash top at home. Found my size (whale) in several options and she pulled out some excellent colours in 5 seconds. Not bad for a smaller shop. Have shopped here often and will be doing more. Done. Great little shop that has been here for years. Always head in when we’re at the bach, and always purchase goods. Great selection of NZ and international brands (NZ ones include Thing Thing, Federation and Huffer). Love that they support local. The ladies working instore this weekend were so chatty and friendly, talking to myself and the kids. The little ones love heading in and seeing what they can convince us to buy for them. I lost my sunnies at the beach and went in to grab a pair – was just as they were closing, but the lady instore was great – helped me find a pair, and didn’t rush me out. – via

Absolutely the worst business encounter i have had in my life. Showed no remorse or understanding that words and actions can have massive impacts on a child’s mental health. Would love to see staff learning to treat other humans with kindness, patience, love and understanding, especially children. – via
