I cannot share any experience of the zip line because we did not receive the service, but yet was charged for it.When we found out how much it was going to be we canceled the transaction even the employee that was helping us and said it was cancel.We found out later ,that our card was charged. We wanted the receipt but she said she had no paper to give us one. It has been ongoing trying to get a hold of someone about this matter to give us a refund back on the card. this has been since June 20, 2022. And has not received a phone call back, and here we are in November. Visitors beware. – via
