Sea breeze intercontinental Aqaba location is the absolute worst!
We wanted to take our kids snorkeling, Yassir sold us a 2 hour private boat excursion. He said the will take us to multiple locations and show us the ship and airplane wrecks and beautiful coral reefs. We were scheduled at 10:00 the boat didn’t show up until 10:40, Yassir said don’t worry we will give you extra time. we got on the boat and the staff on board told us they don’t have equipment for the kids, we went back to check if Yassir had any, but of course not, so we used the adult ones for the kids, the boat took us to the worst location near a wall where there was barely any coral, and when we asked to go to another location they said we have to head back and this is the only location we can go to. Our whole boat ride with including snorkeling was 1:30 not 2 hrs and no extra time like we were promised. When we got back I told Yassir that were not pleased he offered to give us a banana boat ride, a few hours go by and Yassir comes back telling us he can only do 3 people not 8, we said that is unacceptable he said he will see what he can do and will let us know but we never saw him again.
The staff on board was extremely nice and very helpful, Ihab was phenomenal, I give him 5 stars. – via

The biggest liars! We were at the intercontinental and Yasser promised us a two hour private tour with snorkeling for both adults and kids at a few different locations. The boat was 45 minutes late so they said they would add an extra hour for us totaling 3 hours. When the boys finally got there, the Snorkeling gear was not on the boat for kids! We only stopped at ONE location and the tour was 1.5 hour. They failed to deliver everything that was promised and PAID for. The only
Good thing about this experience are the two guys (Mohammed and Ehab) that were on the boat. The employee (Yasser) that we bought everything from was the biggest scammer and he refused to budge with us after we complained about everything. – via

Had a dive trip with this crew and was surprised to have had the trip cut short and only have one stop. The agent clearly didn’t communicate with the dive crew and it was a bit of a mess. It’s one of the cheaper options so you’re kind of getting what you pay for…

Farid is pretty chill and was a great dive guide. Food on board was good. Boat isn’t the best but doesn’t matter when you’re under water.

For a nicer overall experience I’d suggest Dive Aqaba or the Harmattan crew though it may cost a bit more. – via

Really nice, friendly and helpful staff! We did the snorkel tour, turned out to be almost 5 hours (9:00am to 2:00pm). we were checked out of our hotel already for the day, and they let us leave our luggage with them in a locked office! Lots of fun joking around with the boat crew all day, and their English was very good. Great value for money! And the snorkeling spots were really solid! – via
