Totalement en accord avec les avis défavorables. Voleurs!!! Déjà impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone, le site est mal fait et il n’y a aucun geste commercial. J’ai prolongé de deux mois en me disant que comme c’est fermé de novembre à février la prolongation allait prendre effet en février mais non, bien sûr que non. La prolongation de deux mois a été remboursée en nous disant qu’il fallait prendre minimum trois mois mais du coup le vol est perdu. Il aurait été plus agréable d’avoir un coup de téléphone nous demandant éventuellement de payer un mois en plus pour pouvoir accéder à notre vol. Soit, aucun geste commercial, aucune compassion dans les messages, nada, à fuir. – via
