Bad communication between the reservation desk and the organ…
Bad communication between the reservation desk and the organization itself, for example: they canceled at the very last minute the flight of our child while we were already waiting there for an hour. In the end she didn’t weigh enough apparently.. They replaced her immediately with another child. We also had a reservation the next day for 2 adults. Once again a very long waiting time and one of the instructors clearly wanted it to be over as soon as possible. The landing was really rough, didn’t feel safe at all.
Luckily the flight itself was nice. – via
