First time in a hot air balloon. It was fantastic from the beginning until the end. Starting with a cup of coffee, or thé. Briefing from de captain, watching the balloon being prepared and get ready to get off. It was so soft, and beautiful and during the flight our captain explained what he did. We had a soft landing, but he told us that there are 3 types of landing, all depend of the wind near the ground.Not to be worried about it if you take the landing position. The crew was TOP. Sorry captain that I forgot your name. I definitely recommend! – via

Horrible experience! They cancelled the flight before due to bad weather, and getting a refund is a nightmare! They make you feel like you are asking for a favour, yet it is their absolute obligation to do so. I am not so sure if I will ever get the refund back, and I would not recommend them to anyone due to their very bad customer service! – via
