They were responsive on the reservations, however the service and the crew on board was rude and disrespectful. I booked the tour to Isla Saona and the music was so loud that we suffer for 2hours until we arrived. When I asked to put the music a little bit down (not sure that volume is healthy for anyone and particular kids) they told me that I need to move to the front to the boat (with rain and no kids protection) The crew in the boat was drinking and being disrespectful with the customers (pretty inappropriate with girls). I never actually went on one of their tours. The reason being that they never responded to any messages when I needed to know things. I booked a tour and needed some things clarifying. I asked and asked and never got a response. Eventually when it came to pay they got in touch. The Info they gave me was wrong and I questioned it. They were extremely rude and said I had given them the wrong info etc. I wasn’t impressed and cancelled the tour. In short their lack of communication didn’t fill me with confidence, and when they did communicate they were rude. – via

Coco Bongo is a must see excursion for all visits to Punta Cana! Our tour driver was on time for the pickup and very communicative via WhatsApp. I would recommend this tour to anyone even remotely considering it. I was a bit unsure because of the price but I am glad that I splurged. This was truly an unforgettable night! – via
