The guides are the most pleasant in the world, they have taught me a lot, I have enjoyed all the activities and I have learned to rappel, canopy, to ride, I have met many people from many different places and in the best environment, and I go with many anecdotes and photos, with various tiquismos, and immensely grateful to all of them. My daughter and I spent a pleasant day here horseback riding, zip-lining and abseiling down the waterfall. The guides were friendly, attentive and knew their stuff so we always felt safe. They also provided interesting information about the vegetation and creatures we saw. The place wasn’t busy that day and when we got done we were the last customers there. We arranged for an Uber and staff checked we had a ride coming before they all left. But that Uber subsequently canceled and then we couldn’t get another. Spotty internet service at that location didn’t help. After 90 mins of increasing worry as it got dark we finally got some help (fir us non-Spanish speakers)to arrange for a taxi to actually pick us up. So unless you have your own transportation make SURE you have a ride back to your hotel. – via

Fun, fun, fun and worth every penny! First, gotta give a shout out to Greg, the owner, for his excellent customer service. We chatted before leaving the US, he gave tips on what to buy at the airport and even offered to help book other tours (which he helped with even though it was with another company!). The crew was super friendly and helpful as I’d never rappelled or zip lined. Not going to lie, I was worried that as a 52 yo female that this package might be too physical, but this was my bucket list! There were only a few places that I had to push (how else do you get to the top of a waterfall?), but we had a 7 year old in our group that was able to do everything. Absolutely loved rappelling which was the most physical activity that we did and wear good shoes as the rocks are wet/slippery. Zip lining was great and you go on 7 or 8 runs so you have plenty of time to get comfortable. I even did one upside down!! Plus, the last couple runs are over the tree line and the views are breathtaking. The ATVs were beyond fun as it was a long trip, through a running creek, and plenty of ups/downs/turns! We didn’t do the horseback riding (husband allergic), but the day was packed enough that I wasn’t too bummed. Only recommendation is to bring a small water & granola bar in your fanny pack as lunch isn’t served until later and I was grateful for my snack. Overall, a perfect and amazing time. I HIGHLY recommend going with this company, you won’t be disappointed. – via
