Finally, instead of the 4 hours that the tour was going to last, it lasted only 2 hours.
When requesting the reimbursement of the part not visited, they took all the excuses of the case and said that they were not going to reimburse that part, which seemed honest to do since they paid for a service that was not given. In addition to considering that it is quite expensive compared to other canopies in the country, they were not serious about complying with what was proposed.
I put the two stars for the guides who, on the contrary, were excellent and very kind.
It is a pity that they take advantage of foreigners in this way, since this leaves much to be desired.

Después de haber pagado $75 para que mi hija hiciera el tour de 4 horas que normalmente incluía la visita de una catarata, una vez terminado el Canopy, dijeron que no podían ir a la catarata por que el clima no lo permitía, incomprensible ya que ese dia estaba soleado, además de que con el camión con el que se hace el tour se puede pasar por cualquier camino, pero por supuesto como solo eran 3 personas las que hacían el tour, no era rentable para ellos llevarlos hasta la catarata. Finalmente en lugar de 4 horas que iba a durar el recorrido, duró solamente 2 horas.
Al pedir el reembolso de la parte no visitada, tomaron todas las excusas del caso y dijeron que no iban a reembolsar esa parte, cosa que parecía honesta hacer ya que se pago por un servicio que no fue dado. Además de considerar que está bastante caro en comparación con otros canopy del pais, no fueron serios en cumplir con lo propuesto.
Las dos estrellas las puse por los guías que por el contrario, fueron excelentes y muy amables.
Lástima que se aprovechen de esa manera del extranjero ya que esto deja mucho que desear. – via

The staff was lots of fun and the rides were beautiful! The lines and harnesses felt safe and well maintained. Our 7 year old even worked up the courage to do a few lines by himself! What an incredible experience! Great company! – via

This is an amazing company. They are very professional. I’ve also done quite a bit of zip lining and I can tell you that this company is safe and their harnesses and staff are of the highest quality.
I went on the best zip lining of my life. They have a total of 12 runs and the views are spectacular. These facilities are well-maintained as well and very safe. You must visit them! – via
