The lady at the counter overcharged me as if she is collecting commission. Gave me a full day pass when I only asked for half. Charged me for all rentals when I only asked for skis.

Update: customer service reached out and attempted to remedy the situation. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely returning this season. – via
