The problem was discussed with the reception staff every single day of our stay. I am sure the staff were aware of this issue and that it did not occur during my check-in. However, no action was taken and accommodation in apartment 211 continued to be sold to customers. I won’t deny that the food in the main restaurant, in my opinion, was great and faultless. On the other hand, the pizzeria served us tarator with spoiled cucumbers and chicken soup with hair in it.
My general impression is that for the prices at which you sell, you need to significantly improve the quality of your service.
