Absolutely fantastic, environment was great, support staff were very knowledgeable and the ability to have a go at the level of activity that you felt comfortable with was reassuring. I believe a coffee shop would be a good idea and maybe a souvenir shop where you could view the photos taken by staff as well. – via

Excellent location with plenty of thrills. It’s a shame some of the staff, notably young bratty females, ruin the experience for the family with their substandard customer service and interpersonal skills. – via

I was told to take my teenage boys to tree tops while we were holidaying on Sunshine Coast, could not recommend this place highly enough, the boys and their dad had an amazing time, the manager and staff went above and beyond for a great experience, a business is only as good as the their people, tree tops big pineapple is in GREAT hands, thank you for an awesome couple of days and will see you next year !!! – via
