Heads up. buy this after doing your own research on winds and don’t listen to the balloon company. if winds between 0 and 8 kmh you will get the coast flight. if 8 to about 14 you will get hinterland flight that is in Jimboomba. 1.45 minutes one way from casino. you don’t get the sunrise and the trip is long and its very rushed. its a cattle drive. don’t book breky with this flight as you get back on coast late and breky at casino is almost over.
i wasn’t happy and i didn’t get an email reply. once bitten twice shy. – via

Really disappointed. This was going to be a very special flight for two members of our group of five people. However our flight on 01 July 2022 was cancelled due to weather so we were entitled to a refund. I rang them twice and also e-mails seeking a refund which they finally did, but they took a 5% fee out of our refund. Money for nothing! Check the fine print before you book with – via
