Onze overzet werd geannuleerd omwille van werkzaamheden aan het dok. Ze hebben onze tickets omgeboekt en voor vervoer gezorgd naar een andere haven. Waarvoor dank.
Alleen spijtig dat we niet uit Amed konden vertrekken, vandaar net geen 5 sterren. – via

Outdated boat, instead of renovating it is simply patched or painted over. The windows were not even tight and with the smallest waves, water came in at the window. Gasoline smell always noticeable. It was very wavy on the open sea and the captain drove full throttle without regard for losses. pure fear! Twice there was a real bang and the first time something almost fell overboard at the stern. We felt very bad and didn’t feel safe. Are there even life jackets for emergencies on board? The trip is not recommended. Unfortunately the only direct connection from the north of Bali to the Gilis.

Wir haben die einzige Fähre bzw Schnellboot von Amed nach Gili T gebucht. Da es nur eine einzige Gesellschaft gibt, verkauft die überteuerte Tickets. Für das was man zahlt, ist es ein Horrortrip. Veraltetes Boot, statt zu renovieren wird einfach geflickt oder drüber gemalt. Die Fenster waren nicht mal dicht und bei kleinsten Wellen kam Wasser beim Fenster rein. Benzingeruch immer wahrnehmbar. Es war sehr wellig am offenen Meer und der Kapitän fuhr Vollgas ohne Rücksichtnahme auf Verluste. Angst pur! Zweimal hat’s richtig gekracht und beim ersten Mal wäre am Heck fast etwas von Bord gegangen. Uns war sehr schlecht und wir fühlten uns nicht sicher. Gibt es überhaupt Schwimmwesten für den Ernstfall an Board. Der Trip ist nicht zu empfehlen. Leider die einzige direkte Verbindung vom Norden Balis zu den Gilis. – via
