Charming and friendly staff (as so often in Liverpool) but the place is a complete toilet. Elderly people, having spent a lot of money on a cruise, are expected to mill around in a freezing-cold tent with inadequate seating and filthy loos, broken sink and overflowing cisterns. I suppose the chaos and discomfort is to be expected when the Local Authority is running the show. – via
