The staff is very rude, they made us wait for more than 1.5 hours in middle of sea on the boat in scorching sun for parasailing and brought us back. Their parasailing equipment doesn’t work. After arguing with them they gave us flying fish which cost almost half the price and got over in 2 mins. Even for Jet ski the person gets you back in 2 mins. Do not waste your money here. Had a two-hour snorkeling trip and visit to Castaway Island. We hit two snorkeling spots, one pretty good and one murky and deep. Didn’t get the feeling crew knew where to go, which was disappointing and a bit unsettling. MUCH better dive staff up at Tokoriki Resort. – via

We went here in 2019 on our last trip and really enjoyed hiring two jetski’s for 15 minutes. Yesterday we went back and experience wise nothing changed. The guys picked us up at the hotel on time and drove us there. The jetski’s were great and you get a lot of freedom to do whatever you want on them. Gelgel is still a great guy and speaks English very well. Had a good conversation with him about the effect of COVID on the island and his business and how things are slowly going back up. The other guys are great too by the way. Very helpful and happy to give you some water free of charge.

We had a great experience. Gelgel answered questions quickly via WhatsApp, was on time to pick us up, polite, and easy to deal with.
We did jet ski first and the equipment was good, had someone out there watching for any problems that might happen.
Next we did parasailing. The process to getting out to the boat, get hooked up and flying took only minutes. No waiting around in the hot sun.
They had an excellent photographer taking pics of us during the whole day. He also was kind and easy to deal with.
Everything just felt efficient. It was a great day and all at a fair price.
