Very friendly, super knowledgeable and the best customer service around! Shipping is lightning fast and accurate. I would highly recommend for all of your kiteboarding needs. Stafford was my instructor for my kiteboarding lessons. I felt at ease and very safe during the whole process. He takes the time to instill safety and skill. – via

Buyers beware. Completely ripped off. Bought an item off Amazon, had to return it without a printable label due to seller error in how they setup their returns, returned it with ups on my own dime provided proof of return and seller refuses to issue a refund falsely claiming returned product was not received, contrary to attached tracking screen grab where it states that ups met the recipient. Unresponsive before unprofessional customer service throughout the whole exchange.

Addition based on seller response: the tracking clearly shows “met customer.” Seller has product listed as flammable so could not print label. Amazon is investigating you no surprise there are so many negative reviews about your shop ripping them off. – via

I have been ordering various articles over the past – boards, kites and bars – never had any issue. On the contrary, I found often great discounts and Stafford reached out often to ensure everything is OK when there was a change in the availability of items. – via
